MOBILE BEGGARS IN NIGERIA

It has become a daily phenomenon in Nigeria,  mostly in Lagos state.  Where you see people well dressed and be begging for money on the street.  It has become advance in recent years that they had to board buses heading to a particular destination, with that they begin their stories in the bus before the vehicle gets to its destination, they make sure their aim is fulfilled by taxing people in the bus.
