At least 21 people are said to have died in a fire at a mental health clinic in Veronezh region in western Russia and another 2 persons are still reported to be missing.
The fire which began late on Saturday destroyed the entire building that has more than 20 patients in it, the cause of the blaze is being investigated as reported.
