It event which was colourful, entertaining and mixed with diverse cultural displays proof the Brazilians abilities to give the participating countries a memorable Olympics.

As Rio Olympics Begins

The action has begun in the 2016 Rio Olympics with immense enthusiasm from the Brazilians.  Soccer had being played today, the two teams that opened the field of play were host nation Brazil vs South Africa in the men category, the match which ended with both teams sharing a point each saw a South African, Mothobi Mvala receiving a red card at 60 minutes on the time of play. Iraq facing Denmark also saw a goalless draw.

9 Dead In #Munich Shooting

The Munich Police have confirmed that not fewer than nine people lost their lives in the shooting that took place. Currently, German police are engaged in a manhunt for the shooter. The attack occurred at the Olympia mall in North-Western Moosach district. 

Public transport is said to have being suspended and residents have being asked to stay indoors.
